Adding new skin colors to v83

I am having problems with what I think should be something simple. I am using heavenms source and I am trying to add new skin colors into the WZ files.

They appear on game just fine and I can change into them, but then the database will stop saving, so any changes I make after wont be saved. However, if I change into the new skin then change back into one of the old ones, game will keep saving changes normally. I am sure is not related to the WZ itself, because I tried replacing old skin with the new ones and they work perfectly without issue.

I am thinking the source(or client?) may have something coded somewhere that wont allow skin colors to go past a certain ID. I checked maplecharacter and mapleclient files but I couldnt see anything there. Any help would be appreciated.

What ID are you using for the new skin color? Also, did you try replacing a current skin color with a new skin color to see if that saves? That way we can isolate if its the WZ or the ID that's giving you issues.

Thanks for the response. I found the problem. I needed to add the new IDs into MapleSkinColor in the source. I actually tried this before posting, but forgot to compile. But that was the problem all along it seems :p
