For this, I think you need to make use of the npc and event script. I'll look at this when I'm in school. Technically, all the players need to have the keys in order to enter the waiting room?

yes - it checks to see if the player has the key then warps them to w8ting room.
if (cm.haveItem(4031473, 1) {

What i need help with is part C tho.
yes, it needs to be coded like BPQ.
