Have you got your wz folder full of your XMLs inside your server folder?

Anywhere, just run WZDumper and it will instruct you.

I believe this error (Or one very similar) came from an error in the string.wz in v117, I think it was specially one person's release though, have you tried new xml's/wz's ?
