    Can't connect to server

    I've made a server before and I've seen many posts about this, sorry about that but I can't connect to my maplestory server running exiledms v117 repack. I made sure ServerConstants, channel.PROPERTIES, worldGMS.PROPERTIES and my LENv117 config had the same IP as what my public IP is. What's wrong? The launch.bat has no errors when starting up...
