Cant log on to my server?

I dont have any idea of what I'm supposed to sha1, I sha1ed my password and Maplestory tells me my password is wrong, i pasted my sha1ed password into the 2ndpassword column and it still wont work. Right next to the password column is the salt column and the column right next to the 2ndpassword column is salt2, what am I supposed to salt?

Edit: i kept the salt blank and SHA1ed the password and password2. I typed my password in and the login button just turns gray and im stuck there for 10 minutes, any idea?

Edit2: Now I have a bat error, I can log in, but everytime I create a new character, i get thiswhats the problem?

Edit3: I switched to the normal SQL from VisualMS to XEPV117.sql, now the cash shop has a problem, whenever I click on Cash Shop, bat error is I did not configure anything but only converting 117.1 to 117.2
