Cash Shop

Hello , i need help on the cash shop , Can any one tell me why and how can i fix it ?

My problem is when i enter the cash shop , when i buy a item , it takes forever to load & it doesnt buy .

There's a release to load cashshop items during server startup.

I don't get what you mean , When the server startup , they says Loading cashfactory::: , but when i buy stuff , it takes me like forever to buy a stuff .
