Crusader Codex error

Hi everyone.
I'm having trouble with Crusader Codex and Siege Mode skill of Mechanic in CiphraDEV.
- Every time when I click on the monster in crusader codex, there is nothing in drop list and my character stuck.
- If I use Siege Mode 2 with Admin character, the skill work well as other nodelay skills. But, if I switch to the normal character, it become delayed skill.

Anyone have any suggestions or idea on how to fix this? Thanks
