Custom Client?

Hey im working on bringing back a nice v83 server and in the past i had ideas which were far fetched but now after searching the internet for awhile i've come across a few things and i would like to see if is actually possible

So i found a decompiled client

And first off i was wondering what version this is for and can i use it with v83?
Then is it possible to take the classes from v1.17.1 + and add them to this client so they can be played in the v83 server?

Lastly can i decompile the v83 client and just edit it from there?

I believe the wz encryption is different for v83 and v117 o.o correct me if im wrong

Wz-File encryption changed a few time
Encryption key of the Client didn't change.
