equip stats updating without relogging

im adding stars to equips. the system works but u can only see changes when u relog. how can do i do this without the need to relog to show the updated item?

do u know what the packet is in v111, i wouldbe VERY greatful

only thing close was scrolling which fails for me.

EDIT: nm dont need it managed to make a custom packet for it to work.

You can't figure out updateinventoryslot, but you can make a custom packet..?
