Also , Mihile passives aren't adding ( exampleHyper Haste thingy not giving extra Movement while stated that it'll give +2 movement )

I'm not asking for any spoonfeed but if possible , can anyone give me a rough guide on how I can fix these ? Like , is it something wrong with my packet / opcodes or something like that ?

for lithium based its PlayerStats
