Error initalizing the encryption cipher [ExiledMsv117]

Im currently receiving this error in my CMD when i try to play. I get to the log in screen and immediately my game closes and in the CMD it read Error initalizing the encryption cipher. make sure you are using Unlimited Strength cryptography jar files, which i am. I placed them in all the correct spots and i am completely sure. any other suggestions? sorry i am very new to this and pretty much self taught myself everything i know at this point.

Put the JCE files in the correct folders

Still getting this error. I am %100 sure i have all the files in the correct place. i am using JRE8, Netbeans8 and JDK 1.8.0. When i try to use other versions it dosent even go as far as loading without saying an error.
