Well i made a server based on the ExiledMS v117 build and i made myself a "admin" but in-game im a super gm and i cannot use any gm commands and am confused on how to insert or use them. Also if i use a command the words are spoken and not kept in chat box.

Admin is level "6" and you can check your commands in src>client>messages>commands

If you're talking about something such as @help for GM's it probably doesn't exist unless you implement it in your commands, as stated above the location of the commands. You can look in there for command names and what the command does, if you are able to understand the code. Usually the command names tip off what they do.
the problem i have is that when i type "!" there is no commands. It just is like regular talk and nothing happens.
I found out you have to manually change your character's gm level too.
Problem is, you didn't change your GM level in either accounts or characters. You have to do it in both in order for it to work.
