If I'm not wrong, there's supposed to be a scroll handling method, apply a check to check what you're scrolling, if the itemid of the item you're scrolling is heart item id, do not execute the scrolling. I'm not sure whether this is the actual fix.
I'm going to guess that you need to include the itemid into the isAccessory method in GameConstants or w/e. That might fix it.
I think it's something to do with the scroll handling method. I will look at it soon and it I manage to fix it I will post it down here (:
in scroll handler there's a check for item fits scroll.
make an exception for hearts and this will enable all scrolls on it

Try to do what Saii said. For example, in InventoryHandler in useUpgradeScroll there are checks to see which scroll it is. For example,

Could the same method be applied to scrolling DBG and Cannons in v111?
why would you want random scrolls applied on them?
What I meant was DBG and Cannons couldn't be scrolled by 50% pinks, they had to be scrolled by their own specific scroll, which didn't really make a whole lot of sense, since their technically 2 handed weapons. I was just wondering if the same principle of making exceptions applied here, but I guess not.
hmm you mean 50% scroll for 2H weapon for att?
make sure your server considers those weapons as 2 handed.
I remember in Lithium rev96 there was an issue with DBG's and Cannon that they were not counted in isWeapon or something.
(because they were new weapons and their ID range has to be added)
the DBG/Cannon issue in v111 has been discussed a lot of times during this year, so if you encounter difficulties, you can search ragezone, I'm pretty sure you'll find your answer in one of these threads
