I used the lithium v111 guide for making a private server. Everything went good except for these 2 things:
1. Wamp server is orange and I went to skype settings to disable/enable port 80. I changed my httpconf or something like that to 81 but it didnt help. I tried testing port 80 but it didnt say anything was using it.
2. Unable to connect to game server after entering pic. I tried the loopback adapter solution and the xephyr solution but it didnt help. What can I do to fix this?
1. It may be any color but red, mine is always orange.
2. Lithium source doesn't requieres loopback adapter.

Actually, you do need to loopback in any source if you're using your public IP.
Firstly, follow this tutorial to install Microsoft Loopback Adapter

After, follow these easy steps :
1. Head to : Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings.

2. Right click and choose properties. When the tab is open, choose TCP / iPV4 and select properties.

I have no loopback and I have a V117 server running and people can enter it.
And you can join it yourself? With and external IP, not using LANIP/HamachiIP?
1) Open CMD in admin rights, type netstat -ao . See which process taking port 80/3306. Then if it's PID 40 or smth, open CMD in admin rights , type net stop HTTP.
2) Your ports are not port-fowarded.
It still says unable to connect to Game server. I even restarted my computer.

If I use hamachi to connect , I need to put hamachi ip or?
Nope. Loopback adapter is only for self. Meaning that it will be your public IP. You won't need Microsoft Loopback Adapter if you have hamachi!
