[Help] Removing light bulb v117.1

I just created a v117.1 private server and I was just wondering if anyone knew of a quest.wz file or of any method to remove the light bulb that appears above the characters head and to the left of the screen. I had the same problem in v83, they didn't work, so I removed them with a modified quest.wz. Is there one of those for v117.1?

Usually in maplestory you can cancel buffs by right clicking them in the top right corner of the screen. In the new private server I made this won't work. You can't right click to cancel buffs. Does anyone know a fix for this? Its needed for things like GM hide.
