[Help] Removing PQ Max-Level Caps

Hi,

I understand that I could probably remove the max level requirement for all Party quests, the more prominent PQ that I would like to remove the caps are the Kerning and Ludi PQ.

I went to search for the relevant script for the PQ under scripts/npc, but I do not see any calls to check for the character's level. Hence I'm not too sure if this is a wiz edit or if this is a server-side editing.
