[Help]v144.3 lost wind archer skill

Hi Rz. here is picture, that show all my problem. Please help:

What did i try:
- Redump XML for v144
- Redump item, mob skill, quest for SQL

This is Luminous not Wind archer, and you have to give them the skills upon changing job to 2700.. They had a UI to select if you wanted light or dark skill at one point, but now I guess they just give you both skills.
