Help with MapleStory v 117.1

I still got "Unable to connect to the login server......" message. I did -Changed LEN.ini ip address, -Run launch.bat (successfully like as shown on the guide), -Opened Hamachi and WAMPSERVER to green correctly. I have no idea what is going wrong. I turned my firewall off too
