Hired Merchant

Alright so the issue is this. Whenever you open the store is working fine but whenever a player try to manage its own store. The windows would not popup.

The part where it will not work is where when you enter your PIC but the window for your shop doesn't open and allow you to configure your items or retrieve mesos. Anyone have fixes for this? or anyone know where i can fix this? ( All I need is where does the PIC for Hired Merchant located to allow the shops to be manageable)
