That means it can't find the database.

How do i connect it to the database then ? I've looked on youtube and tried about everything i could.

which source are you using?

depending on the source, the method to connect your source (and bat file) to the sql database is different.

Also make sure you name your database correctly, and use the exact name in the method which connect to the database in your source.

Go to:
database > databaseconnection.java

I just check the source and I think its line #111 ,
you see this:

final Connection con = DriverManager.getConnection(
"jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/*12345*?autoReconnect=true",
"root", "");
allConnections.add(con);

Replace *12345* with you SQL project name. Is you follow most of the guides, you would have been advised to put ur SQL project name as v117.


Also, make sure your wamp server is in the 'connected' state, and you open SQL query browser before running the server emulator.

It worked. Now how to I get the client file got to people? and I ever time I try to download the V117 setup with Mega it never works. Anyone have a different download I can use?

Make sure you compiled and replaced the file inside the dist. Also make sure your .bat is accurate. When i first used Exiled the .bat(s) were wrong.

I'm not to sure I know i am making a V117 Server. I haven't played maple in a long while , I left after v.102 update So i'm lost on the different updates for V117 right now.


With the MEGA, I can ever find where the download went. I can't use MEGA to download anything.

Alright it worked.!

I only have V117.2 on google drive as my servers runs this version. I am in the impression the only difference in 117.1 and 117.2 is the localhost (for client side)

Just replace the launcher with any V117.1 localhost. You may get the localhost easily from the tutorials (links are inside the tutorial).
