I port-forwarded but other people can't connect to my server
I use Lithium v111, and port-forwarded ports 80, 3306, 8484, 8585, 8587, 8588, 8589, 8590, 8591, 8600.
I use the no-ip for my cms, and uses my IP4v for my client and everything else.
For localhost I put in my IP4v along with port 8484.
When other computers try to connect to my server it always goes to the firewall error:
("We are unable to connect to the login server due to a server check, a firewall block or other network issues.")
How can I fix this problem?

Make sure they have their firewall and anti-virus off, aswell as you.

Wait no.. people outside my router still can't connect...
I turned off firewall and anti-virus and so did the people trying to play but they still can't connect...
