Incompatibility with ExiledMS/VisualMS

Im been trying to fix this error, I set up the server, but I still can't open the LEN/Localhost, Windows tells me this version isn't compatible, I know these posts have been repeated but I cant seem to find any solution, both my JCE and JRE are 7, I changed IP to localhost, I downloaded BoredMS's setup for Maplestory's installation. When the error pops up i get thisthen after i click run program I get Is it my server configuration problem or is it the BoredMS installation folder that was configured so I couldnt use it? I got the source file from here http://forum.ragezone.com/f427/yet-a...source-967681/ It worked perfectly fine, Im just stuck at the LEN/Localhost part, I was successful in setting up v83, but is v117 Localhost/LEN any different? I downloaded 4 different types of LENs by the way, ran it in admin and compatible to Win7.
