[Lithium] Name Changer NPC/Name changing command [Help]

I tried using Simpleton's Release on the Name changer NPC/ Name changing command. and tried placing the script he used but whenever I tried to place it, inside netbean, it didn't work, kept on failing saying "Create Return" or "Create Null". I'm quite new to this and was wondering if someone can help me out with this please and thank you.
