Is there a way to disable client sided npcs and quests ? I tried to follow this release and got many errors.

Only npcs, not quests. About make any npc scriptable it depends on version (headers being changed you know).

Dude lithium ALREADY has this function. You can script whatever the hell you want on ANY NPC and it will work. You just have to open it with a command you cant open it by double clicking in it.
