Making a v117.1 Firewall/Maintenance message on launch..

I just really can't understand why it keeps doing this. So I did EVERYTHING right. Compiled, executed, batches load just fine (Exiled Source) But then when i click the Launcher it just waits like a minute and shows the firewall message.

-Turned off firewall
-Right JCE Files
-Right Path
-Right Compile

I even did a little research and apparently setting your IP as 127.0.0.1 (LocalHost) fixed it, but thats what i did in the first place. And it doesn't even work with hamachi either.
I succesfully installed 117 SETUP from Nova which is clean just a renamed setup for credit take from some server or something too.

Perhaps I delete some of the clean files that is in the maplestory folder that is affecting this? Please someone just help me. Because this problem still persists with alot others as well and i'd really like an alternative solution.

I don't understand, Everything is complete except launching the len. Please someone help me out! PLEASE THIS PROBLEM IS VERY ANNOYING. Thank you!

If you using hamachi make sure everything is set to ur hamachi Ip. If your port-forwarding make sure everything is set to your WANIP. Simple as that, if you set the IPs accordingly then should be able to get into the login page.
