Maplestory v83 Buffs not working

Hi, i'm kind of new here. Sorry if i'm posting of a newbie stuff, but this problem is bugging me and i can't seem to find a solution

Buffs are usable but there are no effects, like example "Haste" , no speed/jump % is increased and no icon is showing at the top right corner. All skills are like that, and i'm wondering if it leads to my 2nd problem.
Arans can't get COMBO COUNT over 29, once it reach 30 , it disconnects the player and get -2147 (invalid pointer) error (not really sure the full error code).

Extra Details : GM's Hide skill is working.

Source i'm using > MapleBlade

I'm pretty sure those 2 bugs were not there when i 1st used the source. Not sure where i've editted to become like that.

I suggest using a clean source and copying your new code over. It'll save a lot of time.

I can do that, but problem is, i'm not sure when it started. So i might re-add the bug into my source again. Do you know which java file does the bug belong to? Mainly fixing All Buffs effect 1st.
Currently my temporary fix for aran is setting combo count to 1 permanently so it doesn't get over it. Once the buff is fixed. I'll change it back.

Well it sounds like the place where buffs are handled isn't working. Maybe ChannelHandler or channel.handler folder. I can't remember which it is in v83.

then its ["PHP] Code blablabla ["/PHP] (remove ")

I've already found a fix for buff.
But the "aran 30 combo dc" bug is still there

whats the fix for the buffs so that others can learn as well?

I replaced it with a clean source. And re-change the codes and edits i make. (Did not edit the buffs/stats etc..)
