Hey guys, I need the math formula used by MapleStory client to calculate the min and max Damage. I have already tried some formulas that I found but it doesn't show the expected result.

Why? v95 is post bb. So it has another formula

The link you posted has the correct formulas. I have used them and gotten the expected values. Are you sure you didn't leave any information out like weapon attack buffs, equips, etc?
I'm using only a Two Handed sword with 30 weapon attack, 30 str and 4 dex. How much will be my damage?

According to the formula, I should have 45 in max damage
(32*4.6 + 6) * 30/100

It looks like your weapon attack is incorrect to me. Do you have Blessing of the Fairy or anything like that? From what I am seeing it looks like you should have around 14 more weapon attack added somewhere.
No. This character is level 10 without any skills or equips
Wrong. Look at your magic stat. It is clearly 30 over what you should have with only 4 intelligence. You have a level 15 Blessing of the Fairy in your beginner tab since you have an extra 15 weapon attack and 30 magic attack.
(32*4.6 + 6) * 45/100 = 68.94 -> floor(68.94) = 68 which is what you have.
