need vps help!

didn't know where to put this sorry,anyways how do i set up bind on my windows vps i need help or someone that knows how to set it up i get bad login error and its very frustrating please help

By "bind" do you mean port? If so you they should already be open if not ask your host to forward them for you or you can add the ports in manually, by adding a new inbound rule in advance windows firewall...

Most VPS problems that I've encountered are firewall related.

Mess with those settings, a bit, or maybe just test it by turning it off entirely for a minute or two.
