Other players cannot connect to private server v111

I used this tutorial [Guide] How To Make A Maplestory v111 (Lithium Based) Private Server - Page 64 - RaGEZONE - MMO development community, and other players can not connect to the game except me. They dont even get to the black screen, just gives them the disconnect error. Help

Did you port forwards the necessary ports?

Did you use the correct IP in all the necessary places where you have to change them?

For the three files where I need to put my IP, I put my interal IP for all of them. Which ones should I change?
