Problems with MoopleDev server maker and starting up WampServer..

This is what i see when i open the server creator in MoopleDev

And this happends when i open WampServer:

Already tried opening als administrator, Doesnt work..

Make sure for the moopledev folder everything is extracted and for the Wamp have you tried reinstalling? Download the php version

Everything is in there in MoopleDev, I'll try reinstalling WampServer.

Edit: Reinstalling doesn't work.

Why do people still use Wamp? It's not even required ... -_-

For wampserver did you install the redist package? When you download something the website will ask you whether you have it
