How do i make a system that every 1 & a half hour will appear a pop out message ?

Copy from that automsg thingy in your event folder and just change the time and make sure you add it to your serverconstant so it starts script

I want a pop out message :X If auto msg , i am not sure about this part " while (nextTime <= java.lang.System.currentTimeMillis())
nextTime += 600 * 1000;"

And TiredGuy can i know how to warp my self up to the top of the map ? For JQ , I can't use any skills / command .

600 is the seconds
So 600 is 10 minutes.

The warp thingy is if the map has spawn points at top of map then you can make a command to warp to certain spawn spoint I believe

If I'm not mistaken, when you warp to a map, you drop from spawn points in the map. So if you want more spawn points, you would have to edit map.

Can't i have like !warptop as a command ? Because it's kind of messy editing the map .

No because if the top of the map has no spawn points, you can't warp there. Just like how if you warp to a player, you warp to their nearest spawn point or available spawn point.
