server launching error

hi all, i keep getting this message when i load my server up using a launcher (HeliosMS repack)
can somone please respond in comments or on to fix it or can somone please teamview with me or skype

I really need help im desperate

(PS. if the error is from netbeans i really need an indepth guide because i am a complete noob when navigating netbeans)

The problem is that the version of the Java SDK you used to build your server is newer than the version of the Java you have installed to run the server.
Solution: Update your JRE.
