Why i keep Disconnect when i log in.. Help me Fix this.. Please

Will need more information, to even have a guess as to why you disconnect.
ie, Error messages, at what point you disconnect (entering pic etc).

When do you disconnect? At login screen, at char select screen?
Any errors?

Hi, I have the same problem as him, whenever I try to log in as in keying in my username and password at the log in screen, it keeps kicking me out and I get "You have been disconnected from the log in server. Please try again."

Can you help me please. Thanks.
