I can't afford a server right now for MapleVPN, but creating something similar is not that hard. All you have to do is create the Server and the Client. For the server, listen for connections on the port you want - once one is accepted, create a new "Client" object for it to read data from it (packets). You can override the base methods of Diamondo's MWLR classes and it'll get the job done for you. When the client is accepted, you also have to establish a connection to 8.41.99.141 on Port 8484 (Later, you can create a Port variable for each client, and then send custom packets to set the port (for example when connection to outer servers, channel servers, etc..)). You also need to do the same with the IP (each server has different IP). When you receive data from the client - you simply send it to the server. That creates the connection.
For the client, use the same base and also make a "Port" variable and a "CCing" variable to indicate when you need to change the port. When you accept a connection, just connect to the server and send what you receive to it. Now you're done. All there left to do is tweak it a bit, make it accept multiple users, etc..
Good luck.
