i always get this error when i launch the bat file. ive compiled the dist and named it v116, change every ip to my server ip, but i still get this error. Please Help me.

Is your java installed, on the correct version, with JCE strength files placed correctly and path configured to the right location?
yes i have wamp on green, but still doesnt work :(
yes i got the right jce strength files, and placed them where they are supposed to be. and i did the path config too.
NEW ISSUE D:now this shows up when i start the launcher. and yes i change the .ini to my hamachi ip, it would start up, then when i get to the log in screen it would crash :/
