Hello, so I have done this many times and it always worked. so the problem is when I get terminus added into my server it attends to show the item image then as I walk / attack it will disappear.

For the fafnir items I have added it just dcs me everytime I hover over it with my mouse.

For the tyrant it just shows and invisible image.. I have never had this problem I have dumped from all different versions.. so can anyone please help?

You need to make sure you also wz editted the Etc.wz, which has the SetItemInfo.img, in which, if you do not edit that with the new data, it will cause the item to cash you when you go over them, this will only occur when you add something that has a set effect. About the tryant items, make sure the the image exists before you wz edit it in, don't just blindly add it.
