I was wondering if there was any way to disable this:

On the server side? because it crashes people a lot when they first make a character and if you either end chat or press enter or even click OK sometimes, it crashes..

Any way to disable it or fix this?

It's happening a lot, I think it's just the source I'm using though.

I think the crash is a client-sided bug. Maybe @kevintjuh93 knows more about this. However, there is no way to disable this as this is client-sided.

Nop it in the client and it wont show up

It's indeed a client-sided message. You have to remove it from the client by either nopping or if it's a function itself, by adding a retn at the beginning.
