My account was loggedin at 0 when I looked in the database, unless im looking at the wrong login table under accounts. As for the localhost, has been done on the server and my client. However, i still get the same exact error:

This is and id that is already logged in, or the server is under inspection.

I can allow you to do teamviewer if you think you know how to fix this issue?
