v83 Server Client Not Working

Hello, so after the disconnection on my server, others can go on but some people cannot go on including me. I have tried restarting the server and restarting my comp, but still not working. And when I start the client, the launcher has 3 IP's showing up (same one). I have tried re-downloading the server files but still not working.

Have you tried using a client with the ip :localhost?
