Vote Rank NPC

Hello guys, thank you for all the help you have provided to me.
This time I want to ask how to do a rank of votes, I believe it's a source code and it's really hard for me. I have an NPC that gives the rank of cheeses (the currency in the server) so we want to make a Vote one too. Any ideas of how to do it?

Well, it's not actually a script, it's a function we called in the Js, the rest is source code in the NPCconversation Manager.

Your vote point is located at which table? I need the table structure or at least give me the table name and the vote_point column name.
