What Is the most stable v83 server with reborn sistem?

Getting technical, any v0.83 source is "old". You just have to pick a base and go with it.

In terms of stability, you can probably go with any source that isn't:

• TiredStory (Constant DCs)
• MoopleDEV (Anything related) - Does not have a rebirth system implemented.

You can use any of the following, but they're all old (Probably missing a bunch):

• HeliosMS
• MapleBlade
• HellyMS
• SupremeMS (I would recommend this)

If you want a "fresh new" v0.83 source to work with, you can just head over HERE and scroll down the list until you find the newest "v83" title with the features closest to the one you desire.
