Zenthos v83 not recognizing the JCE7 files

Man, I've just been having nightmares trying to get even one source to work. I'm slowly learning, however...

Regardless, I'm trying to launch Zenthos V83. I've got wamp server, SQL, JDK 7, JRE 7, and the v83 files all set up properly. The Zenthos launcher is able to launch world, login, and channels properly and without any errors. However, as soon as I boot up localhost, it throws an encryption error my way.

"Error initializing the encryption cypher. Make sure you're using the unlimited strength cryptography jar files."

Then, once I get booted out of the client, it returns...

"Exception Caught: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Cipher not initialized (Hexdump: 29 AF 2B AF 2B C0)"

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do here...any suggestions?

add your JCE files and since you wrote ur using java 7, JCE 7

That's the thing, though. I've already added the JCE 7 files to the requisite folders (lib, ext, and security folders of both JDK 7 and JRE 7). I've also tried uninstalling and reinstalling java completely.
