If I download from GitHub the .zip, do I need to update it with the old updates or are the old updates before the time when I download the .zip already in the .zip?

I have around 50 active players and if they lose their stats all the time, it's very annoying.
OVH-Hosting has some problems with exporting data and importing them again to the database and
what if there is update to the mysql tables?

Mister Omniscient.. When some update is made, it's very possible that the table structure changes.
