Open /GameEngine/Session.php and on the top type
<? session_start(); ob_start(); ?>
Same to the index.php in root folder.

No, that is not my problem, my problem is generaly when i send army everywhere first step (how many troops) click ok > second step, i saw time atc. click ok> and army disapiere. No atack on hp, no atack on rally point
