Great but 16 bytes? Isn't it 15 on the tool because it can lead to problems if you use the NULL byte.

Owh.. I forgot.. I only allowed 15characters in the tool because of that reason..

how does it work ?

Launch it, enter your ip or dns (up to 15 characters) and the dll will be ready, just copy it in your bin32 folder.
