Launcher for the client is in the Aion FiX folder,
also add the version.dll file inside the bin32 folder.

Run Start Apache & Start MySQL or just Start MySQL in ...aAion4.3_Emu\UniServerZ\UniController.exe

Install Navicat Premium, click on Connection, MySQL and add the data. Done

not sure why the textures are all silly looking, and the CHR is just paper doll

Guys, remember that you don't need to add the Sqls,
they have already been added to the database, just open the database with Navicat.

I made this small tutorial because there's no way to imagine where you're going wrong, I just sent you a common aion client, just dowload and put the files in the zip folder where it contains the files in the bin folder and the .bat file that serves to run the game .
