I think the client is cc"1" and the launcher is cc"2",
change launcher to cc"1", maybe it's that.

EDIT: Also check in \config\main\gameserver.properties

Check this in ...\AionGameServer\config\schedule\dredgion_schedule.xml



Edit: Check the locations in ...\data\static data\spawns\Zorshiv Dredgion
