When I change the weapon, or change some part of the set, even talking to npcs. It lags the server. How to fix this?

without profiling and debuging u cant solve that.

Dredgion in this emulator has start and end time,
Check this in ...\AionGameServer\config\schedule\dredgion_schedule.xml
