Check:

1. AL-Game\config\administration\item.restriction.txt = the item "166030005" should not be listes as restricted
2. commands.properties

add = 5 (minimum level access 5 or higher, depends on your settings for admin

Try to use Aion 5.8 torrent from NotAion. That client has \data\China folder and the old maps

I'm almost empty, but the level is below 7. There is no stub for such errors.

What is the difference between this NotAion client and the one linked on the first page? The one listed there is a bit larger I noticed.

Aion 5.8 drops are very old and poor. Need a massive rework.
Missing maps and missing NPC drops.
