Update:
I test it on 7.7 and its working fine but there is a catch you need older 7.7 GlobalVersion=290
here is a tut for you to get older releases if it is on steam so i search the steamDB and found it is from 4 November 2020 – 09:20:01 UTC before 7.8

you can test it on GAmez or Not just change the cc on gameserver and on launcher

For that you don't need to use Win Server 2008 R2 and Java 1.8, you need to use Mysql, JDK 1.7 and Navicat Premium.

I prefer to use this server with separate Sqls, this will prevent some problems...
